The Xerun XR8 Plus from Hobbywing was developed to provide unparalleled power, performance, and reliability for demanding 1/8 scale racing applications. Features:

High Voltage Built-in BEC: The XR8 Plus is the first 1/8 ESC to include an integrated HV BEC with a 15 amp output current and an adjustable output voltage of 6 to 7.2V. This BEC is designed to easily handle power-hungry servos.

Reliable Cooling System: The patented cooling technology uses patented heat-conductive copper heat sinks to quickly and effectively transfer all internal heat from the MOSFET plate to the integrated machined billet aluminum heat sink housing. The cooling fan uses a shock-resistant mounting system that reduces the likelihood of fan damage from repeated impacts during 1/8 scale road racing jumps.

The XR8 Plus offers exceptionally smooth throttle acceleration (patent pending), simulating the inertia and thrust of a large-scale car driving experience. This greatly enhances the performance of builds using large high-power motors, as electromagnetic resistance becomes a significant factor in sudden deceleration when in the acceleration position, negatively affecting race performance and handling.

Advanced and Safe Electronic Switch: The XR8 Plus features an electronic switch rated for over 50,000 on/off cycles. The switch is completely waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof.

Virtually Maintenance-Free: Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the XR8 Plus requires virtually no maintenance. Advanced error detection and thermal protection, an exceptionally robust housing, the latest in heat dissipation technology, and a shock-proof fan mount make this ESC capable of withstanding anything a racer can throw at it.

High-Performance Dynamic Timing Algorithm: The XR8 is the world's first competition-level 1/8 scale ESC to feature dynamic timing technology. This expands the adjustable power output range of the ESC while maintaining system efficiency and smoothness.
