The 'starter plate' and connected tread web have more stability at high speed and hold the tyre together for today's high-powered vehicles. The connected tread wears significantly better, which is useful in indoor racing, where a racer can ride and compete with the same pair all weekend long."
The Ellipse has already shown success in the hands of Ryan Maifield, who took TQ and 1st place in the 1/8 buggy class at the 2018 E-Nationals ROAR 1/8. The compound of choice for the majority of the indoor events, the exclusive gold compound, has proven to produce consistent results for racers week in and week out. Included in every package, Dirt-Tech closed cell inserts known for their durable nature and grey colour complete the race-optimised package.
