Xray GTXE 27 1/8 Electric On Road GT Car

The XRAY GTXE '27 is a high-end electric GT 1/8 racing car, designed for competition. It is the ideal car for drivers seeking maximum precision, stability, and tuning options for demanding GT races.

The GTXE '27 features an all-new 3 mm flat aluminum chassis that lowers the center of gravity and enhances stability. The traditional front lift has been eliminated, creating a lower and more uniform chassis profile. The result is a car that is more stable, consistent, and predictable under various track conditions.

The new GT Alu Backbone structure combines the aluminum chassis, aluminum braces, and a single-piece carbon top plate into a rigid and precise platform. This improves chassis stiffness, transmission stability, and maintenance ease. Access to the differential is simplified, and the updated chassis and brace design also enhances transmission cooling.

The motor mount has been reinforced and lowered to improve transmission alignment and reduce the center of gravity. The central drive shafts use special hardened HUDY pins for greater durability in demanding racing conditions. The new lightweight aluminum center collar reduces rotating mass and improves throttle response.

The chassis is designed for easy tuning. The new carbon lower shock towers, multiple shock mounting positions, aluminum adapters, and fully adjustable suspension geometry offer a wide range of adjustments. The front end uses 6° C-hubs and aluminum steering blocks, while the aluminum rear mounts with carbon link plates enhance stability and precision.

The shocks feature new 3-in-1 caps, allowing for emulsion, rebound, and zero rebound settings for different track conditions. The large diameter shocks (16.2 mm) provide smooth operation and a wide adjustment range. The included front springs and 2.8 mm stabilizer bars are based on the development of the XRAY racing team.

The electronics layout is cleaner than before. The carbon ESC plate provides more space for the speed controller and cooling fan, while the receiver is protected within its own box. This makes the car cleaner, easier to maintain, and better protected from dirt and dust.
