Audi V8 4WD Touring Car Kit 1:10 TT-02
The Audi V8 competed in the German Touring Car Championship (DTM) in 1991. This V8 was driven at that time by Frank Biela, who achieved a total of 4 victories during the season and secured the overall title by the end of it.
The TT-02 chassis serves as the base for the 58682 model from Tamiya in 1:10 scale. The wheelbase, ground clearance, track width, and gear ratio can be adjusted in many ways, and with countless optional tuning parts, the chassis can quickly be transformed into a racer. The 4x4 drive with a central shaft, double wishbones, and shocks on all four wheels ensure a prototypical driving image and the best traction. The underside of the chassis is extra smooth, and the battery compartment accommodates all common types of batteries. Visually striking are the wheel hubs, which feature attached fake brake discs.
