This iconic style, designed and revised by Ford specifically for the 1979 model, features rectangular headlights and a one-piece central grille. It's hard to find a more beautiful truck than the 1979 model, and JConcepts has created a completely new design that perfectly captures the essence of this historical gem.

To kick off this project, JConcepts meticulously focused on the real vehicle, replicating even the smallest details of the 1979 model. Its body with sharp, square lines, along with widened and flat wheel arches, makes it a favorite. The slightly recessed body line runs along the entire side of the standard cab, and the included decal sheet reproduces this section with the same chrome accent of yesteryear. The panoramic windshield and recessed side windows are perfectly outlined, while the body lines remain intact to enhance its classic style.

For crawling enthusiasts, the team from Groveland, Florida, adapted the Tucked style to the front and rear sections of the vehicle. The project's idea is to replicate an original model while also being prepared for competition vehicles. The recessed bed offers ample space for various mounting applications, as well as for storing or placing other scale accessories (not included). The wide openings of the wheel arches allow for the installation of tires with diameters ranging from 4.19? to 4.75?.

The clear, pre-cut body includes a decal sheet, a window mask that makes painting easier, and comes covered with a factory protective film.
