How to calculate the final gear ratio?
For example, if your car has the following setup:
Motor gear: 25
Spur gear: 84
Pulley: 19
Gear differential: 38
First, calculate the ratio between the motor gear and the spur gear. Divide 84 by 25, which equals 3.36. Then, calculate the ratio between the pulley and the gear differential. Divide 38 by 19, which equals 2. Finally, the final gear ratio is 3.36 x 2 = 6.72.
