This is the optional "B" Plate for the Front Lower Rear Trapezoid of the Mugen MBX8/8R from Ultimate Racing. It is machined from T6-7075 aluminum and anodized in dark gray.
7mm thick compared to the 5mm of the original Mugen plate. This extra thickness provides greater robustness.
This plate has been specifically designed to prevent the breakage of the plastic bushing. This is achieved because the bushing fully supports the rear part of the plate. Thus, when the car receives a frontal impact, the pin will never puncture the bushing. Even with this area reinforced, a small hole has been left where the bushing rests to allow visibility of its mounted position.
