The Short Course Truck is designed for extreme brushless power with the Velineon (sold separately), which can boost speeds up to 65 km/h. If you then use an 11.1V Traxxas Power Cell LiPo, you can even double the speed. The ball-bearing transmission and steel rods are already designed for brushless. The factory-tuned planetary differential with hardened steel gears requires no additional adjustment, is durable, and perfectly tuned for daily driving fun. The battery holder is also suitable for Traxxas LiPo batteries to increase driving time or speed. 2-channel TQ 2.4GHz remote control

7-cell 8.4-volt NiMH Traxxas battery
Includes a powerful 7-cell 8.4-volt NiMH battery with laminated cells, flexible silicone wires, and gold contact plug. The iD connector, along with the Traxxas iD charger (sold separately), provides unique battery protection, as it recognizes the battery type and automatically adjusts the charging process. The included battery can be replaced at any time with other higher-capacity NiMH or LiPo batteries.
USB-C charger with iD battery recognition
Charge your NiMH batteries almost anywhere with 4 amps using the Traxxas NiMH USB-C charger with iD technology. The Traxxas iD system is the easiest and safest way to charge your Traxxas batteries. The charger automatically recognizes the iD battery and optimizes the charging parameters as soon as you connect it.
Waterproof electronics
The modified 12T 550 motor with built-in cooling has a long lifespan. The XL-5 speed controller offers 3 drive profiles and is easy to handle with the EZ-Set one-button setup. The speed controller and receiver box are sealed, allowing you to drive through water, mud, and snow.
The unique patented training mode limits power to 50% with just the push of a button, making it ideal for young drivers or beginners.
